| Ms Yvonne Choo was appointed a director of the Company on 1 October 2004 after having been its Company Secretary from 29 December 1999 to 30 June 2004. She is also the Chairman of Craft Print’s Remuneration Committee. She was last reappointed a director on 25 January 2005. Ms Choo is a director of KCS Limited, a professional services group with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and China, and heads the KCS practice in Singapore. She was formerly a Managing Director of Boardroom Limited. With more than 20 years in practice as a Chartered Secretary, she has served on the boards of over 50 companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited. Ms Choo is a member of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and is the immediate past Chairman of the Singapore Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. |
