| Mr. Choo Boon Tiong was appointed a director of the Company on 6 December 2007. He was reappointed a director on 28 January 2008. Mr. Choo is also the Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Singapore and has 25 years of experience in the factoring industry. He spent 7 years in Heller Factoring (S) Ltd before joining International Factors (Singapore) Ltd where he was Managing Director from 1994 to 2004. He is presently the Deputy Managing Director of Tiro Consulting Services Pte Ltd, and serves on the board of several other Singapore based companies. His past directoships include being executive or non-executive director of 12 companies spread over Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia and Belgium.
