| Mr Soh Gim Teik was first appointed a director of the Company on 29 December 1999. He was last reappointed a director on 25 January 2005. He is also the Chairman of Craft Print’s Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. Mr Soh has more than 27 years of experience in accounting, finance and general management. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Currently, he is the Finance Director of Sincere Watch Limited, a publiclylisted Singaporean company, and serves as an independent director on the boards of two other listed companies in Singapore. |
