| Dr Chiang Hai Ding was first appointed a director of the Company on 29 December 1999 and was last reappointed a director on 13 February 2004. Dr Chiang is the Executive Director of SAGE Counselling Centre, a voluntary welfare organisation for the aged. He has been a historian at the University of Singapore, a banker with Citibank NA in Singapore, an elected Member of Parliament, an Ambassador for Singapore, and an Economic Advisor at Neptune Orient Lines. Dr Chiang holds a BA from the University of Malaya (Singapore), a Ph.D in History from the Australian National University, Canberra, and a Diploma in gerontology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. |
